1. About Natuurlik

Natuurlik is a South African business offering handcrafted skincare products inspired by indigenous fynbos and made with carefully selected natural ingredients.

2. Products

Every product is handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, scent or appearance may occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient information and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Natuurlik reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and update product information without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

Natuurlik reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider. Natuurlik does not store or have access to your payment card information.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped within South Africa using our selected courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Where applicable, refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

9. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

Our products contain natural ingredients, including essential oils and plant extracts.

Although we formulate our products with care, every individual's skin is different. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

If you have known allergies, medical skin conditions or concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

10. Intended Use

Our products are intended for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically intended for that purpose.

Keep products out of reach of young children.
